Filling to HACCP standards

The honey is delivered to us in food-grade containers. After rigorous quality control through spot checks, the honey is stored in cool warehouses, protected from light.

The product is heated in air-circulation chambers and is then transferred, under constant monitoring, to the mixer, where it is homogenized ready for filling.

The honey is poured into jars by a volume-measuring machine, and the jars are filled, lidded and sealed. The entire process is performed under stringent hygiene conditions and to HACCP standards.

The filled jars are stored at a controlled temperature of around 12-15˚C up until shipment to allow proper crystallization.
